Scripture: Genesis 18:12-12 (NLT) 12 Meanwhile, the angels questioned Lot. “Do you have any other relatives here in the city?” they asked. “Get them out of this place—your sons-in-law, sons, daughters, or anyone else. 13 For we are about to destroy this city completely. The outcry against this place is so great it has reached the Lord, and he has sent us to destroy it.”

Observation:  Just before the Lord was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah because of it's wicked sin, the angels asked Lot if he had any relatives in the city and to get them out.  What struck me in this scripture is the following: "the outcry against this place is so great it has reached the Lord"....

Application:  The scriptures reaffirms for me that our prayers/cries against injustice, wickedness, sin etc. is surely heard by the Lord.  We must continue as believers in Christ to stay on the path of righteousness and Let God be God.  We don't see the whole plan and timing God has but we must continue to Trust in Him for He has perfect timing.

Prayer:  Lord I simply pray that you will direct me in this life that I lead on earth to carry out your will, to continue to pray that justice will be done in your timing, judgement will be in your timing, restoration will be done in your timing, rebuilding will be done in your timing and if necessary destruction will be done in your timing.  Lord order my steps in this year of 2015...in Jesus Name...Amen
