Scripture Isaiah 54:10 Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,”says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

Observation:  In this world we live in there are many things that may shake us at our core; economy going bad with uncertainty in the job market, facing dire health issues, troubles in a relationship, children going astray, effects of a natural disaster, etc. The scriptures remind us that God loves us no matter what we go through and He is always there.

Application:  My strength comes from the Lord, true peace comes from Him, Joy comes from Him, everlasting mercy and compassion comes from Him, courage comes from Him, boldness comes from Him, endurance through the trials of fire come from Him and most of all Love comes from Him.  Therefore no matter the earthquakes of life, God is always there to help us.
