Scripture  Matthew 14:35,36  And when the men of that place recognized Him, they ent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, and begged that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well.

Observation  The people came to Jesus for physical healing but did not realize that He could also bring spiritual healin gon them as well. They came to prolong their lives on earth but did not realize that He alone could grant them eternal  life as well.

Application   If we only look to Jesus to get relief from pain, we miss the message that He represents of healing our souls. Only when we look to Him for the real reason that He came, can we truly appreciate how he can truly change our lives.

Prayer  Lord thank you for healing my soul. I look back and can only marvel at what You alone have done in my life. You have truly changed my life as nothing else could possibly have. I thank You for Your love and provision, the family that You have given me and for making me into the man of God that You want me to be, I submit to You and ask for Your continual direction in my life, amen.
