Scripture  1 Thessalonians 3:12  And may the Lordmake you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.

Observation  It seems that like little children that get naughty at times, the sheep of any church stray and test the limits of God's patience as well. The only thing that will work to get them back on track is simply praying for them, as only the Holy Spirit can change their hearts.

Application.   Surely we as leaders can offer to guide, encourage, help them, but they still have to make the choice as far as what direction they will choose to go in serving Him and living for Him. It certainly is not an ovenight thing and we can only be faithful in daily praying and interceding and hoping that God will woo and draw them unto His bosom.

Prayer   Lord, have mercy on your sheep this day. Continue to draw them to unto you as only You know how to. Allow there to be submission of the heart to You as only You can truly change their hearts. Break off the attacks of the enemy that would try to distract them from you in Jesus name.
